Grey Key Events is a group of super fun, energetic, professional coordinators that will take your event to another level of organization in order to provide a seamless experience. We will be there to pull together all of the last minute details, make sure you aren’t forgetting anything, and ensure that everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We have decades of experience producing weddings and special events and always come ready to problem solve.

At Grey Key Events, we do strictly “day of” event coordination. This means, you do the planning and we bring all the pieces together at the end. Depending on the package chosen, we meet with you 30 - 60 days prior to your event to learn everything there is to know to make it a  success. Between the time we first meet and the day of your event, we will work with you on communicating with your vendors to ensure successful service, organizing a timeline and structure for your event, and tying up any last minute details. On the day of your event, you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of.

 
Just because it is known as DAY OF doesn’t mean we are only with you for a day!
